1.   STONEHAVEN PHASE I PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUEST:  A request by the landowner, for a preliminary plat known as “Stonehaven Phase I”. The proposal is for 159.8 acres which includes 565 single-family residential lots spread across nine Parcels, and 69 common area tracts on approximately 106.63 acres. 2.   WESTGATE VILLAGE PP18-07:             A request by Stephen C. Earl, Earl, Curley & Lagarde P.C., for a preliminary plat known as “Westgate Village”. The proposal includes 71 single-family residential lots and seven common area tracts on approximately 13.3 gross acres. The site is located east of 87th Avenue, west of 91st Avenue, immediately south of Glendale Avenue, and north of Maryland Avenue (a portion of APN 102-02-689A and 102-02-690) and is in the Yucca District. 3.   ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE CENTER ZON18-11:    A request by Jennifer Boblick, Sender Associates, representing FSL Holding Properties, LLC, to rezone approximately 3.6 gross acres from R1-6 (Single Residence) to R-2 (Mixed Residence). 4.   ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE CUP18-10:          A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request by Jennifer Boblick, Sender Associates. representing FSL Holding Properties, LLC, to allow for an Adult Day Health Care Center facility on a 3.6 gross acre site. The use will entail providing personal care and health services to adults and senior citizens with disabilities. The property is zoned R-2 (Mixed Residence) which will require a CUP. 5.   WINDSOR COURT GPA18-05 AND ZON18-06:

6.   WINDSOR COURT PRELIMINARY PLAT PP18-04:

7.   ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT ZTA18-04- MEDICAL MARIJUANA DELIVERIES: This is a request by Justin Schudel of Supurb Solutions LLC to adopt a new Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) pertaining to the regulation of Medical Marijuana Dispensaries.  This will apply city-wide for properties that have the appropriate zoning for Medical Marijuana Dispensaries.  Staff Contact:  Thomas Ritz, AICP, Senior Planner 623-930-2588. a.   This report allows the Staff of the Planning Division to update the Commission and the public. The Commission is prohibited from discussing or acting on any of the items presented by the Staff since they are not itemized on the Planning Commission Agenda.

is scheduled for January 17, 2019 at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at 5850 W. Glendale Ave, Glendale, Arizona, 85301.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431(4), one or more members of the Planning Commission may be unable to attend the meeting in person and may participate telephonically.

In accordance with Title 38 of the Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.), upon a public majority vote of a quorum of the Planning Commission, the Commission may hold an executive session, which will not be open to the public, regarding any item listed on the agenda but only for the following purposes:

 
(i)    discussion or consideration of records exempt by law from public inspection (A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(2))
(ii)   discussion or consultation for legal advice with the city's attorneys (A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3))
(iii)  discussion or consultation with the city's attorneys regarding the city's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations, in pending or contemplated litigation, or in settlement discussions conducted in order to avoid or resolved litigation (A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(4))

Confidentiality requirements pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(C)(D):  Any person receiving executive session information pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02 shall not disclose that information except to the Attorney General or County Attorney by agreement of the Planning Commission, or as otherwise ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
