WITHDRAWALS AND CONTINUANCES

STRUCTURED SOBER LIVING HOMES ZTA19-03: A request by City of Glendale Planning Commission to amend various sections of the Zoning Code related to the definition of sober living homes and place controls on the number and location of such facilities in a manner consistent with Federal and State laws. Sober living homes will be regulated similarly to other Group Homes in the Zoning Code. The intent is to provide reasonable protections for neighboring residential properties while allowing such group homes as required by Federal Law. City-wide.
