GPA25-02 & ZON25-04, a request by Kurt Waldier on behalf of Gilbert Blilie PLLC, representing Three Rocks Mining, requesting a Minor General Plan Amendment from Parks and Open Space (POS) and Low Density Residential 1-2.5 du/ac (LDR 2.5) to Heavy Industrial (HI) and rezone to Heavy Industrial (M-2) with Special Use Overlay for approximately 39 acres to expand an existing adjacent sand and gravel mining operation. The site is located between Bethany Home Road Alignment and Maryland Avenue Alignment, approximately 2500 feet from El Mirage Road, and is in the Yucca Council District.
